Weekend Warriors

Critical Mass is tonight. There is a bunch of Chicago BMX guys are going . Hopefully the rain will will stop.

If you live near Chicago Lucero is playing tomorrow at the Do Division Fest It will be literally right out side my front door. I am excited.

Our good friend Alex Bedoya ( (from Nocturnal BMX) recently had a real bad crash and severely injured his head and face. He is a huge part of the Chicago BMX scene and we wish him a quick recovery. There are plans in the works for some possible benefits for him to help with his medical fees. I will post info on those as soon I get it.

Out and Ouch

Yo!

Long time no post outta me, so I guess im due. I've been kinda M.I.A. around the city lately due to diggin my trails and getting them ready for a bbq jam soon. Yesterday was a not so good day, went riding with Kachinsky at the Lemont park and it got the best of me. Pretty much ripped a huge muscle in my arm and can barley move it up or to the side. Should probably go get it looked at also ha. So im going to be out for a bit but it will give me some time to film a bit and get goin on some edits for the site. If anyone has any tips on shoulder recovery hit me up at loveyourlife2208@yahoo.com. Other then that, keep checkin back for the bbq jam and keep on shredding! Peace

After reading that I think its even more messed up that Nike is falling all over themselves to enter every aspect of the Oympic market. That includes BMX as seen here.

Sunday Funday

The weekend weather was a little all over the place, but hey it is Chicago. Looptopia was Friday night. For those of you not familiar it is a huge art and music sort of fest that goes on all night in the loop in Chicago. The police presence was heavy and made it not as good as last year.

Yesterday it was great outside. BenO and Dakan came out from the burbs and we went to Wilson. By the late afternoon there was a pretty heavy session at Wilson. It was nice to see the weather brought out so many faces that I hadn't seen all winter. Maybe next time we will bring the camera, but riding is always more fun than documenting riding.
